To further strengthen information sharing and complementarity between Party building paired units and promote the deep integration of Party building and business, on June 20, the Hunan SUNRISE Party Committee and the Jinteke Party branch conducted an on-site production management experience observation and exchange activity.
Hong Qingkun, Party Secretary and General Manager of Jinteke, representatives of Jinteke employees, Du Junhong, Party Secretary and Vice Chairman of Hunan SUNRISE, Shi Jing, Secretary of the Third Party Branch and Deputy Factory Director of the Stamping and Welding Factory, and representatives of the Third Party Branch members participated in this activity.
Previously, Du Junhong, Secretary of the Company's Party Committee, as the Party building instructor of Jinteke, led the organization of the Jinteke Party branch and the SUNRISE Mold Third Party branch in Party building pairing in 2023, based on the characteristics of both business sectors. During this period, both sides conducted exchanges on Party building work, production management, and technical improvement.
On the day of the event, Jinteke Party branch members visited the company's mold factory and stamping and welding factory, and conducted on-site understanding of the production process, equipment operation, and employee management aspects of the production site. During the observation, everyone exchanged and shared experiences, jointly discussing how to improve the level of on-site production management.
Subsequently, both sides held talks and exchanges on the formulation of on-site production standards, intellectual property management, overseas business expansion, and other aspects of work, and conducted a special study on "Regulations on Disciplinary Punishment of the Communist Party of China".
This exchange activity fully utilized the connecting role of party branch pairing and joint construction. Both sides will take this as an opportunity to strengthen interconnection and share Party building methods and experience in a deeper and more frequent way, further promoting mutual integration, mutual assistance, mutual supervision, and mutual sharing between paired parties, promoting the deep integration of Party building work and production and operation, and empowering high-quality industrial development.
