Hunan Sunrise Craftsman Education and Training Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "SUNRISE CRAFTSMAN ACADEMY") was established in 2016 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of HUNAN SUNRISE AUTO MOULD & DIE CO., LTD. Leveraging the SUNRISE mold manufacturing enterprise, the company has established a simulated teaching factory. Adhering to the philosophy of "craftsmanship and moral education," it collaborates with the government to build intelligent manufacturing skills training platforms, emphasizing "practical training, practical application, hands-on operation, and practical results." It cultivates skilled craftsmen and promotes the spirit of craftsmanship.
Since its establishment, the company has practiced deep integration of production and education, establishing school-enterprise cooperation relationships with 28 colleges and universities in Hunan Province and building internship and practical training bases. Every year, it provides over 6,000 students with opportunities for apprenticeships, internships, and on-the-job learning. SUNRISE CRAFTSMAN ACADEMY also focuses on the latest technological and skill requirements of the industry and the relatively lagging practical aspects of school education. Benchmarking against the German "dual system" vocational education model, it combines government, industry, enterprise, and school resources to build a "lifelong vocational education alliance platform," promoting a Chinese-style "dual-subject" (school and enterprise) vocational education model.

• Cultivate seed players first: Before putting into production, organize the first batch of 120 seed employees to study at industry benchmark enterprises to cultivate core personnel.

• Standardized process control: Launch the "New Era Mentor-Apprentice Standards", and the apprentice's success rate becomes an indicator for evaluating the mentor.
