I. Introduction
In 2025, HUNAN SUNRISE AUTO MOULD & DIE CO.,LTD. (hereinafter referred to as “SUNRISE AUTO MOULD&DIE”) will mark the nineteenth year of its dedicated commitment to the intelligent manufacturing of automotive molds and components. Over these nineteen years, SUNRISE AUTO MOULD&DIE Adhering steadfastly to the business philosophy of “exceeding expectations, achieving win-win cooperation, recreating value, and pursuing green development,” the company has deeply integrated social responsibility into its corporate strategy and every stage of its operations. Driven by technological innovation, underpinned by quality and integrity, centered on employee development, grounded in green and low-carbon practices, and committed to giving back to society, the company is advancing high-quality corporate growth while continuously creating comprehensive economic, social, and environmental value. It is fully dedicated to building itself into a benchmark enterprise that wields industry influence and enjoys broad public trust. II. Company Overview
SUNRISE AUTO MOULD&DIE was registered in 2006 and officially put into operation in 2008. Located in the Yuhua Economic Development Zone of Changsha, it covers an area of 242 mu and currently employs over 700 people. The company focuses on the automotive lightweighting sector, with an annual production capacity of 1,200 sets of high- and ultra-high-strength automotive molds, components with 35 million stamping cycles, as well as intelligent equipment and comprehensive intelligent molding solutions. It is a key supporting enterprise in the automotive industry chain, collaborating with mainstream domestic and international automakers such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Audi.
The company has established innovative platforms such as the Hunan Provincial Enterprise Technology Center. It is a key “Little Giant” enterprise recognized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology for its specialization, refinement, uniqueness, and innovation; a National Green Factory; a National Civilized Unit; a recipient of the 8th Hunan Provincial Governor’s Quality Award; and the president unit of the Hunan Mould Association. By 2025, the company will continue to drive technological breakthroughs and global expansion, steadily advancing toward becoming an international provider of high-strength sheet‑metal moulds, with the vision of making SUNRISE in Hunan a brand that shines across China and the world.
III. Technological Innovation and Industrial Empowerment
Focusing on the core needs of vehicle body lightweighting, we continue to deepen our expertise in key technologies such as ultra-high-strength steel cold stamping and intelligent hot forming, consolidating our leading position domestically and our advanced standing internationally, breaking foreign technology monopolies, and supporting the upgrade of China’s national automotive industry. We are also deepening industry–university–research collaboration with universities, increasing R&D investment, promoting innovative applications such as intelligent flexible production lines and digital twins, and shortening product delivery cycles. In addition, we are playing a leading role in the industry by participating in the formulation of industry standards, driving collaborative upgrades across the industrial chain, and contributing to the high-quality development of Hunan’s advanced manufacturing sector. Leveraging SUNRISE CRAFTSMAN ACADEMY, we conduct skills training and competitions, providing training to more than 1,000 employees throughout the year and cultivating highly skilled talent for the industry.
IV. Employee Development and Safety Protection
We strictly comply with labor laws and regulations, standardize compensation and benefits, ensure proper social security contributions, and maintain open communication channels to foster harmonious employer–employee relations. We have established a talent development ladder—Bronze Craftsman, Silver Craftsman, and Gold Craftsman—while refining career‑advancement pathways to achieve mutual success for both employees and the company. Upholding the safety production baseline, we have strengthened our safety management system, conducted regular safety training and fire drills, and maintained a record of zero major safety incidents throughout the year. We also implement comprehensive health check-ups for all employees, including specialized screenings for occupational diseases, and enhance occupational health protection measures. In addition, we organize cultural and recreational activities and provide support to those in need, cultivating a warm, harmonious “family‑like” corporate culture.
V. Quality Integrity and Supply Chain Responsibility
Taking the 8th Hunan Provincial Governor’s Quality Award as an opportunity, we have deepened our quality management model and leveraged a digital platform to achieve end-to-end product lifecycle management, ensuring no major quality-related incidents throughout the year and earning recognition from leading global automakers. We remain committed to lawful tax compliance and ethical business practices, firmly rejecting unfair competition and upholding high standards of corporate integrity. We have established a 24-hour customer service response mechanism, strengthened strategic partnerships, and delivered mutually beneficial outcomes for our customers. Furthermore, we have standardized procurement processes, embraced transparent sourcing, ensured timely and full payment to suppliers, and encouraged suppliers to fulfill their social responsibilities, thereby fostering a supply chain ecosystem built on mutual trust and shared success.
VI. Green Development and Social Welfare
We will deepen the development of national green factories, promote energy-efficient equipment and low-carbon processes, enhance resource‑intensive utilization, and advance energy conservation and carbon reduction, thereby contributing to the achievement of the “dual carbon” goals. We will strictly enforce environmental protection laws and regulations, standardize the treatment and monitoring of industrial waste, wastewater, and exhaust gases, and ensure zero environmental compliance violations throughout the year, safeguarding the ecological environment. We will actively fulfill our corporate social responsibilities by launching initiatives such as charitable education programs to help improve the quality of rural education. At the Xiangxi New Materials Base, we have created more than 100 new jobs and provided free skills training, supporting local employment stability and income growth, while deepening village‑enterprise collaboration to drive rural revitalization.
