Happy SUNRISE, Walking with You “Children”丨Hunan SUNRISE’s 3rd Family Open Day Concludes Successfully

On June 15th, coinciding with the anniversary of SUNRISE's production launch in Hunan, the company's Party Committee and trade union meticulously planned a Family Open Day event, inviting 20 employee families to experience the work environment of SUNRISE employees and jointly embark on the "Children's Journey with You" third annual Family Open Day activity.

That morning, over 60 people from 20 families arrived at SUNRISE CRAFTSMAN ACADEMY, checking in at the photo wall. Deng Haozhi, the chairman of the company's trade union, welcomed the SUNRISE families with flowers and distributed gifts and stamp cards.

This Family Open Day incorporated a special stamp-collecting element. The activities included deciphering exclusive keywords, an industrial study tour, visiting family workplaces, and an exclusive fun market, all cleverly interconnected. The SUNRISE families gradually deepened their understanding of the company through this progressive journey.

At the family meeting, "everyone" and "the family" formally met. Du Junhong, the company's Party Secretary and Vice Chairman; Deng Haozhi, the chairman of the trade union and Vice General Manager; and Wang Qiuju, the deputy director of the Human Resources Department, were present to express their sincere gratitude and warm welcome to the SUNRISE families.

Through matching and deciphering exclusive keywords, the 20 families exchanged stories and got to know each other, finding common ground in their sharing, such as "chess endgame, school skipping rope champion, so much fun…". This further shortened the distance between "everyone" and "the family", and between employees and their families.

During the on-site visit, led by Deng Ping, secretary of the company's fourth Party branch, SUNRISE families experienced the company's industrial study tour: interactive welding robot operation and safety education facilities, and visited the automobile body mold manufacturing workshop and parts manufacturing workshop, experiencing the daily work of SUNRISE employees and exploring the mysteries of the digital and intelligent transformation and upgrading of manufacturing.

In the midst of daily work, each person's workstation is their battleground of focused concentration. After the visit, SUNRISE families went to their family members' workstations to explore the real work environment and working conditions of SUNRISE employees.

Finally, SUNRISE families, hand in hand, entered the Family Open Day's exclusive fun market, playing games and winning prizes. Children eagerly tried their hand at various game stalls, filling the air with laughter.

Here, SUNRISE employees and their families participated in the "Youth SUNRISE" activity week game—"Four Squares and Eight Steady"—working together to transport small balls to a designated location. In the Q&A session, each question and answer deepened the families' understanding of the work and the company.

The Family Open Day is an important part of Hunan SUNRISE's corporate culture building. Since its inception, it has received enthusiastic participation from employees in various departments. To date, over 50 employee families have visited Hunan SUNRISE, experiencing the daily work and corporate development achievements of SUNRISE employees firsthand. More and more SUNRISE family members have a more intuitive understanding of the company's operating philosophy and work environment. In the future, the company will continue to focus on the needs of its employees, actively listen to the opinions of employees and their families, continuously innovate the form of activities, and take more caring and thoughtful actions to put employee care into practice, effectively improving employee happiness, sense of accomplishment, and sense of belonging, thus uniting strength to promote the high-quality development of the company.
