A Review of Hunan SUNRISE's 2024 Safety Production Month

June this year marks the 23rd National Safety Production Month. Since the launch of the Safety Production Month, various production departments of the company have actively responded, focusing on the activity theme of "Everyone Talks about Safety, Everyone Knows Emergency Response - Smoothing the Life Channel." Combining their respective business characteristics, they have adopted multiple measures to carry out a series of "Safety Production Month" activities that are diverse in form and rich in content. These activities effectively guide all employees to further enhance their safety awareness and have created a strong atmosphere of attaching importance to safety production.
Safety Education and Training
The Machining Department used the time of the team's morning meeting to carry out the "Team Leader Talks about Safety" activity, disseminating safety knowledge to frontline employees, sharing stories and personal experiences to strengthen safety education. The Fixture and Adjustment Department organized the viewing of the "Safety Production Month" themed promotional video, held meetings on past accident reflections and "I Want Safety" study meetings to popularize various safety knowledge. The Stamping Department, focusing on the characteristics of on-site production, combined theory with practice, and conducted special training on special equipment safety management and emergency rescue skills.
Safety Knowledge Quiz
The Fixture and Adjustment Department and the Machining Department, combining on-site needs, integrated the "Safety Production Law," the dual-prevention mechanism construction, occupational disease prevention and control, and the company's safety management regulations into the on-site interactive quiz - "Safety Choice". The activity integrated knowledge, interest, and practicality to achieve the effect of improving the coverage of safety production knowledge among all employees. The Welding Department used online quizzes to popularize safety production laws, fire emergency rescue knowledge, fire escape situations, hazard investigation and other relevant safety production knowledge to employees.
Safety Emergency Drills
The various targeted emergency drills effectively tested the practicality and operability of the department's emergency plans and further enhanced employees' awareness of prevention and emergency response.
Safety Production Month has ended, but safety production work is ongoing. In the future, Hunan SUNRISE will adhere to the safety management principles of "All Staff Participation, Prevention First, Building a Safe SUNRISE," integrating safety work throughout the year, continuously strengthening safety management, and safeguarding the company's high-quality development.
