On the morning of October 30, the company hosted a series of intensive and highly efficient inspection and research visits. In just half a day, it welcomed three delegations from different regions, each focusing on specific topics such as the integrated development of industrial innovation and cultural tourism, and the company’s Party-building initiatives. These exchanges provided a comprehensive showcase of the company’s practical achievements and exemplary effects in promoting industry-education integration, fostering the spirit of craftsmanship, and strengthening Party leadership.

01 Guangling District Committee Office Research—Focusing on the Integrated Development of Industrial Innovation and Cultural-Tourism Industries

During the first reception, a delegation from the General Office of the Guangling District Committee of Yangzhou City paid a special visit to our company, focusing their research on our company’s explorations and practices in the integration of industrial technological innovation with cultural and tourism development.

As a demonstration site for industrial tourism in Hunan Province and a base for labor and practical education for primary and secondary schools in Changsha, our company is committed to manufacturing and industry-based practices, actively expanding the educational role of industrial culture. We have carefully developed 10 hands-on courses tailored for primary and secondary school students, including “Cultivating Craftsmanship, Practicing Artisan Spirit, Becoming an Artisan,” “Dancing with Robotic Arms,” and “I’m the Factory Manager.” These courses are grounded in authentic production environments and employ immersive, interactive teaching methods to guide young people in experiencing the charm of industry and appreciating the spirit of craftsmanship through hands-on activities. They help students develop a correct outlook on labor, career choices, and professional aspirations, effectively sowing the seeds of “Made in China” into the hearts of the younger generation.

The research team highly praised our company’s innovative approach of effectively converting industrial resources into educational resources and promoting the tangible and learnable aspects of industrial culture.

02 Joint Research by Social Work Systems in Changsha and Zhuzhou—Exploring Together the Path for High-Quality Enterprise Development Guided by Party Building

The subsequent two receptions were both led by the Social Work Department of the Changsha Municipal Party Committee, accompanied by relevant colleagues from the Social Work Department of the Zhuzhou Municipal Party Committee who came to conduct a research visit on Party building work. The two research teams together comprised more than 80 members, presenting a well-rounded and highly engaged group for in-depth exchanges.

The research team visited the company’s Party-building cultural facilities and intelligent manufacturing workshop on-site, gaining a detailed understanding of the company’s specific measures for upholding Party leadership and promoting the deep integration of “Party building + industry,” “Party building + talent,” and “Party building + culture.” The company consistently integrates Party leadership into every aspect of enterprise management, fully leveraging the role of Party organizations as fighting fortresses and that of Party members as pioneers and role models in areas such as technological breakthroughs, talent development, and fulfillment of social responsibilities. In particular, we have developed replicable and scalable best practices in leveraging high-quality Party building to drive high-quality development in the manufacturing sector—practices that are worthy of in-depth summarization and wider adoption.
