SUNRISE Mold welcomes the Changsha City Federation of Trade Unions for in-depth research on production reform work

To comprehensively showcase the company's practical achievements in the reform of the industrial workforce (hereinafter referred to as "Industrial Reform"), and actively connect with the guidance of higher-level trade unions, on the afternoon of September 2nd, SUNRISE Mould welcomed a research team led by Yu Zhishan, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Changsha Federation of Trade Unions, for a special report on the company's progress in deepening the Industrial Reform work. Liu Xinyuan, member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Changsha Federation of Trade Unions; Zhou Yanfang, member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Yuhua District, and Chairman of the Yuhua District Federation of Trade Unions; and Zhou Yang, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Yuhua District Federation of Trade Unions accompanied the research. Du Junhong, Party Secretary and Vice Chairman of the company, received the team throughout the visit and gave a detailed report on the company's Industrial Reform work.

At the SUNRISE Mould Industrial Reform work site, Du Junhong accompanied the research team to systematically present the company's exploration and practice in key areas of Industrial Reform through on-site inspection and communication: Regarding industry-education integration, a detailed introduction was given on the cooperation models with vocational colleges and industry organizations, focusing on the achievements of jointly established training bases and customized talent cultivation programs, proactively explaining the company's specific approaches to solving the difficulties of "labor shortage and talent cultivation" based on this model; Regarding industrial talent cultivation, a comprehensive report was made on the operation of the mentor-apprentice pairing and guidance mechanism, the organization of skill competitions, and the establishment of a skill level recognition system, clearly demonstrating the effectiveness of building a high-skilled talent team; Focusing on technological breakthroughs, the company highlighted progress in core technology breakthroughs, innovation platform construction, and the transformation of employee innovation achievements, sharing typical cases of employees participating in technical improvements and overcoming production challenges; Regarding employee care, detailed introductions were made on the employee welfare protection system, career development path design, and the regular organization of cultural activities, explaining the company's practical approach to enhancing employees' sense of belonging through humanistic care.
The research team fully affirmed the phased achievements of the company's Industrial Reform work.
