On the morning of July 15th, Chen Yanying, a member of the Standing Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial Women's Federation, led a team to SUNRISE Die to conduct a special research on the construction of the Women's Federation organization. Peng Juan, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Changsha Women's Federation; Li Yanqing, member of the Standing Committee and Vice Chairman; and Huang Wei, Chairman of the Yuhua District Women's Federation, and other leaders participated in the research. Du Junhong, Party Secretary, Director of the Women's Federation, and Vice Chairman of the company, made a work report on behalf of the company.

During the research, Du Junhong gave a detailed report on the company's business distribution, the basic situation of female employees, the status of Women's Federation activities, achievements, and social impact: SUNRISE Die has always adhered to the Party's leadership in the integrated development of mass organizations, continuously deepened the construction of women's organizations, actively built a platform for women's growth, and continuously stimulated the strength of female employees in enterprise management, frontline production, and service support.

Chen Yanying fully affirmed the phased achievements of SUNRISE Die in the construction of the Women's Federation organization. She pointed out that although SUNRISE Die is located in the traditional "hardcore" field of manufacturing, its core is soft and tenacious, reflecting a strong sense of humanistic care and social responsibility. Through the "four same" approach (same position, same deployment, same activities, same training), it has achieved a deep integration and mutual benefit and win-win situation between the Women's Federation's work and enterprise development. The breakthroughs made in the research and development of high-strength materials and intelligent forming technology in particular fully demonstrate the company's strength and responsibility in technological innovation.
She emphasized that the Women's Federation should continue to play its role as a bridge and link, focusing on key areas such as women's growth and development, rights protection, and career development, further optimizing service mechanisms and expanding service platforms to create a warmer and more dynamic development environment for female employees. At the same time, it is necessary to actively explore new paths for the construction of Women's Federation organizations in the "three new" areas (new economic organizations, new social organizations, and new employment groups) to provide valuable experience for promoting high-quality development of Women's Federation work in the new era.

Currently, the company has 124 female employees. In the company's management, there are 4 senior executives, 7 middle-level executives, and 6 team leaders. They have taken on important responsibilities and worked hard in key positions such as management decision-making, technological research and development, and frontline production, becoming an indispensable force in the company's development. In the future, the company will continue to uphold the concept of "women understanding the main business, and women being in charge", continue to strengthen the brand building of the Women's Federation, deepen the implementation of women's talent cultivation plan, continuously summarize and promote typical experiences, and strive to contribute more wisdom and strength to the women's work in the new era.
