Witnessing Growth and Glory: Technical Center Trainee Commendation and Exchange Meeting Successfully Held

On the afternoon of July 5th, the 13th Tomorrow's Craftsman Class Technical Center Trainee Commendation and Exchange Meeting was grandly held. After 12 days of quality training, 15 days of basic knowledge consolidation, 56 days of specialized training and practice, and 45 days of practical design, the technical center trainees finally ushered in their moment of glory. General Manager Assistant Yu Bin, Technical Center Director Li Shujun, Head of Technical Management Department Deng Ping, Head of Structure Department Wu Yangsheng, and other leaders attended the event. This commendation and exchange meeting aims to summarize training achievements, commend advanced examples, and encourage more young employees to dedicate themselves to the front line of technological research and development, encouraging them to hone their skills and realize their value in practice.

Successful Design of the First Mold, Opening a New Chapter in Practical Application
To encourage trainees to transform their knowledge into practical abilities, the company specially established a commendation session for the "Successful Design of the First Mold." Six trainees, Wang Zhangxiao, Tan Wen, Zhang Lei, Wu Qian, Wang Yu, and Peng Rui, with their solid basic skills and outstanding project performance, completed the design of their first mold under the guidance of their mentors. The mold has been successfully issued and put into production.
