HUNAN SUNRISE AUTO MOULD & DIE CO.,LTD. was established in March 2006 with a registered capital of 50 million yuan, a privately-owned enterprise. The company's main business is automotive body panel molds, integrating the development of automotive key equipment such as jigs and welding fixtures, and the production of stamping parts and assembly welding. The company covers an area of 242.48 mu and has more than 300 sets of advanced automotive mold and parts R&D and production equipment. It has an annual production capacity of 600 sets of molds and 3 million body sub-assemblies. It is the largest and most intelligent automotive mold and parts comprehensive supporting base in central and southern China. The company's customers mainly include automobile brands such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Toyota, FAW, Dongfeng, BAIC, GAC, SAIC, and Great Wall, as well as world top 500 international automotive parts customers such as voestalpine, Gestamp, Kasma, and Aptiv. It is also the only enterprise in the province that can simultaneously provide mold and parts dual supporting for major automakers such as Shanghai Volkswagen, Xiangtan Geely, Zhuzhou BAIC, and BYD. At the same time, the company also provides mold and parts supporting for engineering machinery enterprises such as Sany Heavy Industry and Zoomlion, and undertakes the functions of a public service platform in Hunan Province's leading industries such as automobiles, engineering machinery, and rail transit.
The company attaches importance to technological research and development and innovation. It is a national high-tech enterprise, a national specialized and new "small giant" enterprise, and a national green factory. It has won the nomination award of the 7th Hunan Provincial Governor's Quality Award, is a key backbone enterprise of China's automotive body panel molds, and the chairman unit of Hunan Mold Association; it has technological innovation platforms such as an engineering technology research center and an enterprise technology center. It has been selected as an excellent supplier in the Chinese mold industry for three consecutive years.
The company has passed IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, VDA6.4, energy management system, two-integration standardization, and national military standard certifications, and has established long-term industry-university-research cooperation relationships with Hunan University, Central South University, and Central South University of Forestry & Technology, possessing strong technological innovation capabilities. The company's cold stamping technology has taken the lead in breaking through the 1180 MPa strength, which is at the leading level in China; in cooperation with Academician Zhong Zhihua's team from Hunan University, it has successfully developed intelligent multi-stage hot forming technology to solve import substitution and "stuck neck" projects, becoming the second company in the world and the only one in China to master this technology after Germany; it has successfully independently developed an intelligent flexible unmanned processing production line for non-standard parts, becoming a model for innovation and upgrading of Hunan's traditional non-standard discrete manufacturing industry.
The company's cultivated and created industry-education integration training base, "Craftsman College", is already a Hunan provincial mold industry talent training base, youth employment and entrepreneurship internship base, Changsha municipal college graduate employment internship base, Yuhua District college graduate employment internship base, provincial major colleges and universities school-enterprise cooperation talent training demonstration base, Yuhua District enterprise safety production culture base, Yuhua District Party member education and training demonstration base, and Yuhua District primary and secondary school social practice research and study base. HUNAN SUNRISE AUTO MOULD & DIE CO.,LTD.'s product after-sales service system is sound, strictly implementing the "Customer Service Management System"; the company, based on the principles of honesty and trustworthiness and customer satisfaction, has established a 24-hour on-call system for technical and after-sales service personnel, and sales and technical personnel are ready to solve customer problems anytime and anywhere; when customers have technical service requirements, free technical services are provided, and a customer complaint and complaint management mechanism is established.
2. The company regularly conducts customer satisfaction surveys using visits or questionnaires, strengthens improvements and adoption of customer requirements and suggestions, and regularly checks and analyzes customer satisfaction.

04 Responsibility to Supply Chain Partners

2. Fulfill commitments to creditors and arrange corresponding creditor interest protection measures.
3. Procurement responsibility system and policy. The person in charge of procurement is responsible for the quality of suppliers and purchased products. According to production needs, timely submit procurement plans, and after company review and approval, sign procurement contracts and arrange product incoming inspection according to the procurement contract. Only qualified products are allowed to enter the site. For unqualified materials, resolutely request returns or replacements.
4. Guarantee the legitimate rights and interests of suppliers, subcontractors, and customer distributors. The company strictly pays suppliers according to the procurement contract, legally protecting the rights and interests of suppliers. We cooperate happily with suppliers and gain their trust.

HUNAN SUNRISE AUTO MOULD & DIE CO.,LTD. has passed GB/T 24001-2004 environmental management system certification and strictly abides by relevant environmental protection laws and regulations, completing fixed pollution source discharge registration and regularly conducting three-waste monitoring.
Environmental impact assessments have been conducted in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
There has been no negative information regarding environmental violations since the establishment of the factory.
2. Occupational health and safety aspects
HUNAN SUNRISE AUTO MOULD & DIE CO.,LTD. has passed GB/T 28001-2011 occupational health and safety management system certification and strictly abides by relevant occupational health and safety laws and regulations, having submitted occupational health hazard declarations.
The company has passed the national safety production standardization level three enterprise appraisal and obtained the level three enterprise certificate for safety production standardization.
All annual safety training plans formulated this year have been implemented, and employees' safety awareness has been further enhanced.
Occupational disease examinations have been conducted for ordinary positions and positions with occupational disease hazards, and no abnormalities have been found in any of the employees' examination items.
There has been no negative information regarding occupational health and safety violations since the establishment of the factory.
All special equipment has passed the annual inspection.
Conducting occupational health and safety management activities.
