On May 10, Teng Zhaohui, secretary of the Guzhang County Party Committee of Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, led a team to conduct investment promotion and investigation activities at Hunan SUNRISE. Both sides conducted in-depth exchanges on new material industry construction, technical personnel training, and targeted assistance. Wei Dichun, Vice Chairman of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions (ACFTU), member of the Secretariat, and member of the Party Leadership Group, led a team to Hunan to conduct in-depth investigations in Changsha and Yongzhou, focusing on implementing the ACFTU's "559" work plan, supporting the development of new productive forces, and building a large-scale publicity framework for trade unions. During the visit, they also visited and extended their regards to model workers, skilled craftsmen, and workers facing difficulties.
