HUNAN SUNRISE AUTO MOULD & DIE CO.,LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Hunan SUNRISE") was registered and established in 2006 and officially put into production in 2008. Located in Yuhua Economic Development Zone, Changsha, it covers an area of 242 mu and has more than 700 employees. The company mainly focuses on automotive lightweighting and has the comprehensive supporting capabilities to provide an annual output of 1200 sets of high-strength and ultra-high-strength automotive molds, 35 million stamping parts, intelligent equipment, and intelligent forming. It is a key supporting enterprise in the automotive industry chain. Major cooperative customers include BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Toyota, FAW, GAC, Great Wall, BYD and other automobile manufacturers.
Since its establishment, Hunan SUNRISE has been committed to cultivating the automotive industry, targeting high-end mold forming technology, focusing on the field of vehicle body lightweighting, and actively developing new areas such as industrial talent cultivation, intelligent equipment, and intelligent forming. It has established the Hunan Provincial Enterprise Technology Center and the Hunan Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center for Precision Stamping Design and Manufacturing. Hunan Sunrise Craftsman Education and Training Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "SUNRISE CRAFTSMAN ACADEMY") was established in 2016 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of HUNAN SUNRISE AUTO MOULD & DIE CO., LTD. Leveraging the SUNRISE mold manufacturing enterprise, the company has established a simulated teaching factory. Adhering to the philosophy of "craftsmanship and moral education," it collaborates with the government to build intelligent manufacturing skills training platforms, emphasizing "practical training, practical application, hands-on operation, and practical results." It cultivates skilled craftsmen and promotes the spirit of craftsmanship.
Since its establishment, the company has practiced deep integration of production and education, establishing school-enterprise cooperation relationships with 28 colleges and universities in Hunan Province and building internship and practical training bases. Every year, it provides over 6,000 students with opportunities for apprenticeships, internships, and on-the-job learning. SUNRISE CRAFTSMAN ACADEMY also focuses on the latest technological and skill requirements of the industry and the relatively lagging practical aspects of school education.
