From May 6th to 9th, 2025, SUNRISE Molds showcased its products at Moulding Expo, a leading global mold manufacturing event held in Stuttgart, Germany. As a highly influential professional mold exhibition in Europe, this year's event brought together over 700 top exhibitors and more than 15,000 professional visitors from around the world, creating a platform for technical exchange and cooperation in the international mold industry.

At the exhibition, SUNRISE Molds highlighted two core achievements: its new generation of ultra-high-strength automotive body molds and its intelligent digital manufacturing platform. The lightweight body molds, developed using new technologies, achieve a 30% weight reduction and are adaptable to the needs of high-strength steel composite molding for new energy vehicles. The virtual debugging system, based on digital twin technology, shortens the product delivery cycle by 30% and has attracted significant attention from the technical teams of well-known German automotive manufacturers.

As a national-level specialized and innovative "small giant" enterprise with twenty years of experience in the automotive mold industry, SUNRISE Molds continues to deepen its globalization strategy. This participation in the exhibition not only achieved deep penetration into the European market but also, through a two-way empowerment model of technology introduction and standard output, built a new bridge for Sino-European industrial cooperation.

This year's exhibition was jointly organized by the German Machine Tool Manufacturers' Association (VDW), the German Tool and Mold Manufacturers' Association (VDMF), and the German Engineering Federation (VDMA), focusing on the two themes of intelligent manufacturing and green transformation. The achievements of SUNRISE Molds at the exhibition demonstrate the breakthroughs made by Chinese mold manufacturing in areas such as new energy-adaptable molds, digital factory solutions, and low-carbon material applications, providing global customers with innovative options that combine technological advancement and cost-effectiveness.
