Under the patient guidance of the floral instructor, employees learned from flower selection and pruning techniques, gradually mastering the basic methods of flower arrangement.

“First determine the position of the main flower, then use the supporting flowers to set it off, paying attention to the layering and color matching.” The teacher explained while demonstrating. Following the teacher's steps and adding their own creativity, the employees soon had a number of dopamine-colored flower baskets in front of them.

“Usually, the work pressure is high, and the pace of life is fast. There are few opportunities to calm down and enjoy this kind of time. Today's flower arrangement class allowed me to feel the beauty of life and cherish my colleagues and friends even more.” This is what an employee who participated in the flower arrangement class said.

This flower arrangement class, a "prescription for a short rest" provided by the union's "family members," allowed employees to temporarily escape from busy work and complicated housework.
