Professional and technical skills
We offer professional skills training in mold design and manufacturing, CNC programming and machining, assembly and adjustment, welding technology, electromechanical maintenance, mold repair, and quality inspection. Our subsidiary, Zhijiang Vocational Skills Training School, licensed by the human resources and social security department, provides training in fitter, welder, electrician, industrial robot system operator, and drone operation, from beginner to advanced levels, along with vocational skills certification services. For fitters, welders, industrial robot system operators, and industrial robot system maintenance personnel, we offer pre-examination training and customized training programs based on certification standards. This includes theoretical knowledge reinforcement and practical skills training, helping students master the necessary knowledge and skills, improve their pass rate, obtain industry-recognized professional qualification certificates, and enhance their career competitiveness.
Management Literacy
Covers a range of training courses on management skills and competencies, including pre-employment training for new employees, high-performance employees, grassroots backbones, lean production management, safety production, R&D management, quality management, information management, and process management; possesses industrial engineer training courses and Hunan provincial examination center qualifications.
Industry and Politics
Relying on the original copyright red courses of the Craftsman College, we have gathered more party lecture instructors, coaches, and enthusiasts of craftsman culture dissemination. We have successively developed experiential party courses such as the "Learning Management from the Party" series, model worker and craftsman micro-party courses, workplace integrity party courses, and craftsman culture and literacy courses. We have launched the "dual-teacher" teacher certification of the party school, subverting the monotonous and boring nature of traditional party building, making new-era party building more distinctive, more interesting, and more innovative. At the same time, we use an innovative perspective to help more non-public enterprises establish a propaganda base that deeply integrates "corporate culture + party building culture".
Industrial tourism and industrial research courses
Relying on the SUNRISE CRAFTSMAN ACADEMY platform and SUNRISE mold manufacturing entity, focusing on industrial research and study education for primary and secondary school students, committed to the inheritance of industrial civilization and craftsmanship. With themes such as "industrial technology and intelligent manufacturing," carefully designed courses are developed around industrial technology, intelligent manufacturing, safety education, craftsmanship, lean management, and interactive practice. A labor education practice base integrating visits and science popularization is created. It is the first research and study base to carry out a series of activities to cultivate industrial awareness among primary and secondary school students, continuously practicing the integration of production and education.
