CNC workshop
Introduced advanced machine tools from Taiwan, Japan, and other places. We own 18 large and medium-sized high-precision CNC machining centers, capable of a maximum machining stroke of 5000-3000-1400 and a maximum load capacity of 30T.
Debugging workshop
We have 11 various types of debugging presses, including 1600T1, 2000T1, 1000T3, 630T3, 200T1, 160T1, and 100T1.

More than 100 experienced die sinkers, with an annual die production capacity of 1200 sets.
Xiaoji Jia Workshop
Possesses a variety of machining equipment, including 21 CNC milling machines, 9 precision grinding machines, 13 wire cutting machines (medium-speed wire EDM, slow-speed wire EDM), and 2 deep hole drills.
Intelligent flexible unmanned processing line
This production line uses a CNC machining system as its core, working in conjunction with industrial robots to form a complete automated production line, solving the problem of quantitative production of non-standard parts. Currently, two production lines have been built, each consisting of 11 CNC machine tools, 1 mobile robot, and 1 three-coordinate measuring instrument.
2600T hot die production line
The main configurations include a 2600-ton high-speed hot forming oil press and cooling system, a special heating furnace, a robot system, etc., forming a production capacity for automotive ultra-high-strength body parts exceeding 1500 MPa.
Press shop
Possessing 24 mechanical presses of different models and 2 hydraulic presses, the facility features 3 different types of automated production lines, with capabilities in both stamping production and mold debugging.
Robot welding workshop
Equipped with over 80 welding robots from brands such as KUKA and FANUC, more than 20 welding workstations have been established, supplemented by multiple spot welding, arc welding, gas-shielded welding, and CO2 welding equipment.
