Hunan Sunrise Craftsman Education and Training Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "SUNRISE CRAFTSMAN ACADEMY") was established in 2016 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of HUNAN SUNRISE AUTO MOULD & DIE CO., LTD. Leveraging the SUNRISE mold manufacturing enterprise, the company has established a simulated teaching factory. Adhering to the philosophy of "craftsmanship and moral education," it collaborates with the government to build intelligent manufacturing skills training platforms, emphasizing "practical training, practical application, hands-on operation, and practical results." It cultivates skilled craftsmen and promotes the spirit of craftsmanship.
Since its establishment, the company has practiced deep integration of production and education, establishing school-enterprise cooperation relationships with 28 colleges and universities in Hunan Province and building internship and practical training bases. Every year, it provides over 6,000 students with opportunities for apprenticeships, internships, and on-the-job learning. SUNRISE CRAFTSMAN ACADEMY also focuses on the latest technological and skill requirements of the industry and the relatively lagging practical aspects of school education. Benchmarking against the German "dual system" vocational education model, it combines government, industry, enterprise, and school resources to build a "lifelong vocational education alliance platform," promoting a Chinese-style "dual-subject" (school and enterprise) vocational education model.
SUNRISE ADVANCED MATERIAL Technology (Xiangxi) Co., Ltd.
The SUNRISE Non-Metallic New Materials Industrial Base project has a total investment of 420 million RMB and a total land area of approximately 172 mu. Adhering to the concept of sustainable development, the project will be planned and constructed in phases, gradually forming a production scale of 400,000 tons of high-end heavy calcium, 205,000 tons of high-end nano-calcium and intermediate powder, and 100,000 tons of high-end talc and other non-metallic powders per year. Products are widely used in automobile manufacturing, rubber and plastics, adhesives, coatings, pharmaceuticals and food, papermaking, environmental protection and other industries.
SUNRISE ADVANCED MATERIAL Technology (Xiangxi) Co., Ltd. owns five mines, including Da Fangjie limestone mine, barite mine, and high-calcium stone mine. Among them, the total reserves of Da Fangjie limestone are 5 million tons, and the reserves of high-calcium stone are over 30 million tons. At the same time, the company continues to develop high-quality local resources in Xiangxi to ensure the stability and sustainability of raw materials for the company's development.
