In order to promote the spirit of craftsmen, create an atmosphere of respect for model workers, and actively promote the construction of industrial workers in Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone. From August 17th to August 18th, the 2022 'Xingsha Craftsman', 'Welder' and 'Fitter' worker vocational skills competition in Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone officially started at Xiaoguang Craftsman College.
The competition was hosted by the Changsha Economic Development Zone Management Committee, and undertaken by the District Federation of Trade Unions, Cadre and Personnel Bureau, and the Party and Mass Bureau. After the company's selection and recommendation, a total of more than 40 welders and fitters signed up for the competition. Before the start of the competition, the players had a four-day pre-competition training at Xiaoguang Craftsman Academy, so they were full of confidence in the competition. The high temperature weather of up to 40 degrees for a week did not affect their high-level skill performance at all.
'One minute on stage, ten years off stage', every game is a reflection of the players' solid technical skills. We see and believe that no matter what kind of environment they are in, the spirit of labor and craftsmanship they embody will always make people moved and admired.
The 'Xingsha Craftsman' employee vocational skills competition is not only a stage for employees in the park to compete fairly and show their talents, but also a good opportunity for them to learn from each other, promote each other and improve together. Although the two-day 'Welder and Fitter' worker vocational skills competition has ended, the journey of the 'Xingsha Craftsman' contestants continues. I wish them good results in the future skill competitions, and they will show their skills and win honors on a larger and wider platform.
